Rigid Flow performs a range of high-quality epoxy flooring and counter solutions, each tailored to fit your unique needs. For the residential and commercial world, we offer the following solutions

A high-gloss, luxurious finish with an almost 3D effect which is great for creating a showcase look that can mimic marble or other stonework or goes even beyond with an artistic flow. This can be coated with a slip resistant topcoat for safety.

A decorative, slip-resistant option with colored flakes. It is ideal for rougher traffic areas and includes exterior applications. It is extremely durable and easy to clean.

A smooth, seamless finish available in various colors, great for any application but found in areas with static appeal.

Do you have a logo or artwork you would love to see embedded right in the floor or a countertop? Our staff have a fully trained logo applicator. No size is too big or small. This can be added before the final topcoat, sealing it in for a beautiful 3-dimensional look.

We recognize that in the commercial world, durability is often key, while others focus on first impressions. Whether commercial or residential, our consultation involves a collaborative process to align with your vision and goals. We ensure you have a clear picture of the finished product, with you actively involved every step of the way—no surprises, only full transparency.
Rigid Flow understands the challenges facing industrial environments. Code and proprietary requirements are stressful, and we take the stress out by going with the flow and giving you what is needed. If there is a new standard in the market that is needed, we evolve and will make it happen for you. Some of our epoxy solutions are as follows but are not limited to:

We always look at the current flooring to see where it measures up for moisture, hardness, humidity and more. These factors allow us to lay the right epoxy solution that will last for years under the toughest environment.

Epoxy solutions can include nonslip sections due to water or other liquid substances. This will add the necessary friction and adhesion to meet industry code standards.

Work zones, walkways, and hazard areas can all have safety striping embedded in the epoxy itself. Not only is it smooth and seamless, but it also lasts indefinitely as it is below the surface of the clearcoat which makes it worry free and gives peace of mind.

Rigid Flow never compromises on the process. This process is not just about how we do the work…it’s how we communicate with you throughout the journey. You need to be part of it; we want you to be a part of it.
We adhere to the process as it is part of our DNA. Here are many of the things we do in the actual steps of performing the work:

THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO HMM
What is epoxy flooring?
Epoxy (or resin) flooring is a durable, seamless, and high-performance coating applied over concrete or other surfaces that can accept epoxy resin fluid. It is a product that has microscopic flex to create an extremely durable yet attractive finish and is highly customizable.
How long does epoxy flooring last?
With proper installation and maintenance, epoxy floors can last 15-20 years or more, depending on foot traffic and environmental conditions.
How long does it take to install?
It varies depending on the style requested. As an example for a 2-car garage, it can be done within a day for a standard coat, 2 days for flakes or 3-5 if requesting a metallic luxury flooring. This takes into consideration prepping the surface, repairs if necessary and curing time.
How do I maintain my epoxy floors?
Very easy. Basic cleaning is to sweep and mop regularly with a gentle cleaner. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasive tools. These are not needed.
The concrete on my floor is extremely pitted, cracked and rough. Will this be a problem?
We do all repairs necessary to assure a proper bond to the concrete. On consultation, this will be discussed as it may adjust the timeline to completion of the project. Things bonded to current concrete like vinyl, glue or pieces of ceramic tile can be removed effectively.
How much weight can epoxy withstand?
Epoxy flooring is extremely durable and is structured to handle the weight of vehicles, heavy machinery, and high foot traffic. Its strength is very substantial.
